Everytime any one of the members has an idea, to make the club better, they can write it here,

each idea must be presented in a way that everyone could understand what it is.

(example: MOTM- Member of the month, the best member will win a feature from the club, to become MOTM you must be active, be in the chatroom, submit to contest, help with prizes etc.)

if you dis/like somebody's idea
reply to s/he's coment and write:

: cough : if you don't like

for the Featuring a member idea, but

for the way you have to win MOTM feature.
There are people who don’t have enough english skills or time to be active in the club, but they regularly do add deviations. I think that there should be other way for less active members to be featured. Maybe some kind of weekly feature for less popular members to help them get more watchers.

how do you think you could win a MOTM?

if they add deviations, than they could coment on the club, I want club-active motm ..
we do have a monthly feature once in a while... but you know.. it's kinda hard keeping up with un-active members..

Well you are right … the way MOTM is now is better. I just thought it did be nice to let some less popular deviants taste a bit of fame

but since once I featured for a month a deviant that quit my club.. I only feature the member who I know for sure are in, and that are active too- cause I mean-- it's important!

Here is an idea:
have a birthday calender and members note you when there birthday is and it will be put on the birthday calender. At the beginning of each month you can feature the members who's birthday is in that month in the journal.

Not sure if that was a clear explanation lol? If not do say and I will try make it clearer.

I saw this idea in another club. (can't remember what club)

Isn't there a new "Group" option for accounts that are clubs and organization? They have the "#" symbol next to them such as #hq, is it possible that you will be some how doing the same to this PhotoLovers?

There we go, the one that has "#" next to it reads:
